Nunkies Scouts are members of the Nunkies Anonymous faction who earn themselves badges by completing virtual tasks. One officially becomes a Nunkies Scout once the first badge is earned.
In most instances, the badges are earned virtually by creating posts that satisfy the requirements. For this reason, the first prerequisite to becoming a Nunkie Scout is subscribing to the Nunkies Anonymous list, since that is where scouts must post the requirements for each new Nunkies Scout badge.

This is as close as the scouts voluntarily get to any code of law:
1) A Nunkies Scout's honor is not to be trusted, unless
you have blackmail material.
2) A Nunkies Scout is loyal to LaCroix, unless someone has blackmail material.
3) A Nunkies Scout will do anything, absolutely anything, for a stinking badge.
4) A Nunkies Scout is a friend to every other Nunkies Scout, so as to gather blackmail material.
5) A Nunkies Scout is naughty in thought, word and deed.
6) A Nunkies Scout does not validate parking.
7) A Nunkies Scout obeys orders, unless insubordination involves minimal consequences and maximum gain.
8) A Nunkies Scout is kind to all species, even pigeons.
9) A Nunkies Scout will not eat Green Eggs & Ham! They will not eat them, Sam I Am!
10) A Nunkies Scout always has an excuse.[1]
